The black serpentine, rich with green inclusions, is more sober in its form, while the marble, more discreet in its tone, reveals a few curves in its profile. These two pieces engage in a dialogue between echo and contrast, complementarity and duality.
From the front, they recall the immobile, enigmatic figures of Easter Island, silent witnesses to time immemorial. Back to back, their clean, curved lines evoke a famous haute couture logo, imbued with modernity and balance.
They attract and repel each other, recognising each other without touching, evoking the relationship between two distinct but inseparable entities. A play of correspondences, oppositions and harmony.
